- Boil water. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook dumplings. Add dumplings and cook until they float (5–7 min frozen, 3–4 min fresh). Drain.500 g Dumplings
- Prepare garlic butter. In a frying pan, melt butter with oil. Add chopped garlic and sauté 1 min until fragrant.50 g Butter, 4 cloves Garlic
- Combine. Add dumplings to the pan and gently toss in garlic butter.
